4- Type of property and suitability for ownership :

5- Registering the contract in a specific format with the Notary ( Notre ) :

The contract must be registered with the notary ( notre ) as the organization of the düzenleme contract , and not only as an onaylama authentication , because if the contract is not made in this form it is missing its legal effectiveness .

6- Treatment of real estate annotation :

If the buyer enters into a forward sale contract , this will not be considered by law as property of the property , but rather he has the right to conclude the full sale contract after a certain period , in which case the forward sale contract is confined between him and the person with whom the future sales contract was concluded .

So that the seller can sell the property completely to another person , and the first buyer does not have the right to claim his right to it .

As for when organizing the real estate annotation transaction , the right of the buyer can be guaranteed for everyone who may be associated with the property in the future , and by this the buyer reserves the right to demand the purchase of the property if the property is sold to someone else .

7- The presence of the contract owner in the sales contract :

It is necessary for the landlord to personally enter into the full sale contract , and the buyer may be subject to legal liability if the contract is made otherwise .
