Eyup is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Istanbul and one of the most beautiful historical areas in Turkey. It is an ancient historical heritage because it contains many historical areas that visitors to Istanbul are keen to visit, and it is a developing real estate and investment area that has a high demand recently.

Eyup district is located on the European side of Istanbul, on the west bank of the Golden Horn, and it reaches the Black Sea coast.

Eyup is known as one of the most important burial areas, with many Christian churches and Muslim tombs, most famous one is Sultan Abu Ayyub al-Ansari Mosque, which is an important tourist landmark in Turkey in general and Istanbul in particular.

The mosque contains a separate building with the tomb of Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, which is intended for many visitors inside and outside Istanbul. The building also contains some of the special collections of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

In addition, the region includes a number of popular markets that allow visitors to buy souvenirs where beads are being sold, prayer carpets, high quality dates imported from Saudi Arabia, as well as the best essential oils, rare Islamic books and wonderful recordings of recitation of the Holy Quran.

Eyup is one of the most important tourist attractions in Turkey and it is a destination for Islamic civilization lovers and Muslim visitors, especially on Fridays and during the holy month of Ramadan.

Eyup attracts many tourists wishing to enjoy the cable car (teleferic) ride, which makes you see the area and a large part of Istanbul from high altitude in the open air. The cable car journey starts from the Golden Horn Beach to the Pierre Lotte Café, the most famous café in Istanbul, named after one of the most famous French writers who wrote two novels while in Istanbul.

Eyup is also close to Via Land (Disneyland Turkey), the largest theme park and shopping center in Turkey. It is close to all transport links (metro, metrobus, tramway), providing easy access to all areas of Istanbul.
